He added that if we really want to rebrand Nigeria, customer service is one of the major ways by which it can be done because once every Nigerian can imbibe these characteristics, then, the social, political and economic problem will definitely become history.
According to Onyekwere, Silk Consulting will host major stakeholders in the Nigerian economy, Telecomms, Banks, etc. so that at the end of the day, everybody will go home being re-oriented.
He concluded by saying that top organisations all over the world focus on satisfying their customers? needs and have outstanding results to show for it.
