We know that Microsoft will be shipping Windows 8?by late October, but it looks like the Redmond-based company might also be teasing us with a new version of?Office?as early as Monday.
According to a report by?USA Today's Byron Acohido, Microsoft will be unveiling the new software suite, dubbed?Office 15, on that day.?Acohido writes that "several sources familiar with Microsoft's plans" claim that Office 15?should be available early next year and take advantage of Windows 8 features.

It's been a couple of years since we last?saw new?versions of Microsoft's popular software suite ? Office 2010 for Windows and?Office for Mac 2011???so we'll definitely be keeping our eyes open on Monday, to see if?CEO Steve Ballmer does indeed show off the latest?Office. In the meantime, we'll quietly wonder whether superstition is preventing the suite from being dubbed Office '13.
