Heidi Klum Files For Divorce From Seal

It is official Heidi Klum and Seal are dunzo. The blonde beauty has officially filed for divorce form her singer husband. After seven years of marriage Klum made the final move to end things with Seal. The official papers to dissolve the marriage were filed in Los Angeles Superior Court. Heidi is seeking joint custody of the couple?s four children, although she wants primary physical custody of them that would allow visitations rights for Seal of course. She is also requesting to have her legal name, which is apparently Seal?s last name Samuel, changed back to Klum. Turns out even though professionally she kept her maiden name legally she did not. The two announced a little over three months ago that they were separating but at that time there was no plans for divorce. In fact some sources said the couple that seemed to have a fairytale marriage might possibly reconcile. Unfortunately though there will be no happily ever after for these two.
