USA Ultimate is helping to provide the Ultimate community with a wide selection of images available for purchase by hiring three Official Photographers for the 2011 USA Ultimate College Championships.? Athletes, teams, parents and fans are encouraged to check out the sites below following the tournament to place an order.? Guidelines for Recording USA Ultimate Championship Events
The USA Ultimate appreciates the contributions and commitment of individuals seeking to share photographs, video and audio recordings of Events hosted by the USA Ultimate. USA Ultimate Recording Partnership Agreement (contact Andy Lee for more information) sets the terms and conditions for recording and distribution of recordings of USA Ultimate Events.
Anyone wishing to record USA Ultimate Events for Commercial Purposes (as defined in the agreement) is required to sign the agreement. Anyone wishing to record for strictly personal use may also be required to review and sign the agreement to ensure that the permitted uses are understood. The agreement is intended to protect USA Ultimate's rights as an event organizer as well as to encourage and allow recording of USA Ultimate Events for both personal and commercial purposes beneficial to the sport and its participants.
There are currently no official media partners. To be added to the press list, received credentials and/or a media kit, please contact: Andy Lee.
Sideline access information
In order to ensure uncluttered access for Official Event Media Partners contracted to record the event, the USA Ultimate reserves the right to limit sideline recording access, especially for showcase games, event semi-finals and finals. It is the responsibility of any individual seeking to record the event to discuss the level of field access with USA Ultimate prior to the commencement of the event. Anyone seeking access to record this events is encouraged to obtain credentials prior to start of the match. Please check with Andy Lee, Director of Marketing and Communications, to determine access and to obtain credentials.
